The Bowie Property is comprised of 473 combined units within 14 buildings with 62,070 net rentable sq. ft. The property has a security system, gated entry and a new office that sells moving and packing supplies. The final phase of construction was completed in August of 2007 and provided over 14,000 square feet of non-climate and climate controlled storage and a new office. The Bowie Property is situated just north of Interstate 20 on the south side of South Bowie Drive and north side of West Park Avenue.
