The Hampton, VA II property consists of 83,400 gross square feet with 3 single story self storage buildings along with a retail office. The site was developed and opened in 2007 with 500 units and 71,500 NRSF. The facility features ground level interior climate control and exterior drive-up units. Approximately 45% of the area is interior climate control space. The 10.1 acre site is approximately a 1/2 mile to the north of Interstate 64. Newport News is approximately 3 miles to the northwest and downtown Hampton is approximately 5 miles to the southeast.
